acupressure for grief

autumn is the season associate withe grief. it relates with the metal element, the lung and large intestine channels.

a simple tool you might find useful while experiencing grief is acupressure. i like to use large intestine 4 (top of hand, mound between thumb and first finger) and lung 10 (palm, middle of thenar eminence). with these points you are stimulating the yang and yin aspects of the metal channels and can help to release trapped heat in the head and calm you down.

acupressure points LI4 and LU10
